Millard custom builds Augers and Screw Conveyors supporting a wide variety of applications for moving and/or mixing products from one operation to another or into storage containers, transport hoppers, combos, vats, drums, etc. Our augers are made with heavy duty stainless steel following our "Safety and Sanitary Design Standards". Carbon construction is available for less sanitary conditions and needs. We offer a wide range of sizes (most common are 6", 9", 12" and 20"), and most custom sizes available.
Our Can Washers are custom engineered to fit your specific application and are used on both empty and filled cans. Our empty can washers use a gravity rail system to invert (twist) the cans up to 180 degrees for washing upside down then back to upright ready for the next process. We can accommodate speeds up to 1000 cpm (cans per minute). This continuous process is fed from "can alley" or the start of the process.
Millard makes custom Belt Conveyors for moving your containers and products for most applications in the Canned and Container Industries. Our conveyors are designed to Safe and Sanitary Design Standards with durable construction for years of service. See our Belt Conveyors in Support Equipment & Services for product descriptions and features.
Millard makes "All Electric" Dumpers for a variety of containers including; barrels, vats, totes, tubs, combos and more. Our engineers can configure a dumper for your process. We also manufacture Electric High Lifts and these can be made to most any height you require. All our units are designed to meet your demanding needs with sanitary wash-down duty construction and the proper safety features to protect your personnel.
Millard's Hoppers for the Canned Foods Industry are made to hold food ingredients in suspension or a mixed state in preparation for the next process (e.g. Fillers). Our Hoppers are custom designed by shape, length, width, depth and volume to fit your capacity needs. They can be either vertical or horizontal with blending, mixing, or agitating blades to keep the ingredients suspended so they do not settle out.
